Most recently she worked in one of America's largest software companies and she set up Rey Living Group with the intention of combining the best of hospitality, service and software in one company.
As the Executive Assistant of Rey Living Group, Mikaela manages the daily operations and guest communications that keep our brand thriving.
Mikaela's focus is two-fold: take the stress out of property management for our owners by protecting their property with meticulous care, whilst ensuring our guests feel genuinely looked after from the moment they make their reservation to check-out.
